Biodivercity USA LLC is based in Larkspur, Colorado. We are the US manufacturer and distributor of Terrawell®.
Developed in Switzerland
Terrawell® was developed by biodiver.city GmbH in Oberrieden, near Zurich, Switzerland. We share their mission: we bring life to the soil.
In Europe, Terrawell® is used on golf courses, in city tree planting and on farms in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, France and Greece, and in a soil project in Kenya.

“I used the soil probiotic in part of my olive groves before the extreme heatwave in Greece last July, when temperatures stayed around 47 °C (about 117 °F) for a long time. After the heatwave the treated olive trees were healthy and vigorous, while the untreated trees had suffered badly.”
Regulatory note
USDA APHIS Plant Protection and Quarantine has determined that the Lactobacillus strains in Terrawell® (Lactobacillus casei and Lactobacillus plantarum) are not known to be plant pests (ref. A-00994964, September 2026).
