Information you give us

When you use a form on this site, we collect what you enter. Depending on the form:

• name, email address and phone number
• organization, role, segment (for example golf course or landscaper), state and the area you want to treat
• the product you are interested in, your topic and your message
• the language of the page you used

Information collected automatically

With each form we also record the page you sent it from, the first page you visited, the website that referred you, and campaign information in the link you followed (UTM parameters and ad click IDs such as gclid or fbclid). We store this in your browser for up to 30 days so it can be included with your form.

Our hosting provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We currently do not use analytics or advertising cookies or pixels.

How we use information

• to answer your questions and requests for pilots and quotes
• to tell you when Terrawell® can be ordered in your state, if you asked us to
• to understand which pages and campaigns are useful (only with consent where we use optional tools)
• to keep the site secure and to meet legal obligations

Who we share information with

We use service providers that process information on our behalf: Netlify, Inc. hosts this site and receives form submissions.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.

Cookies and similar storage

• bdc_consent (cookie, 12 months): remembers your privacy choices. Necessary.
• bdc_attribution (browser storage, 30 days): campaign information added to forms you send. Necessary for answering your request with context.

You can change your choices at any time on Your privacy choices. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as an opt-out of marketing cookies and of any sale, sharing or targeted advertising.

How long we keep information

We keep form submissions as long as we need them to answer you and to manage any business relationship that follows, and then delete them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including Colorado and Texas, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal information and profiling.

To use these rights, email info@biodivercity.us. We will respond within 45 days. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer with the word “appeal”; we will respond to appeals within the time required by law.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS).

Changes

We will post any changes on this page and update the effective date.
